Founded in Kakamega in 2022, Columbus Café was built on a simple vision: to create welcoming spaces where exceptional food, specialty coffee, and genuine hospitality come together. What began as a single restaurant has grown into a trusted hospitality brand with locations in both Kakamega and Eldoret, serving guests from across Kenya and beyond.

Our Journey
Columbus Cafe opens its doors in Eldoret with a small menu and a big promise: Halal, fresh and warm hospitality.
We expand into full dining — breakfast, continental, African and Indian cuisine join the menu.
Columbus Catering launches, serving corporate events, weddings and private parties across Eldoret.
Our second branch opens on Canon Awori Road, bringing the Columbus experience to Kakamega.
Single, Double and Executive Rooms open above our restaurants — comfort meets convenience.
Today we proudly serve over 10,000 happy guests and 500+ catered events across two locations.
